Data & account deletion

FitTrac (Android) · requests handled within 30 days

Use this page to request a copy of your FitTrac data, a correction, or full deletion of your account — whether or not you still have the app installed. This is the same process whether you're exercising a GDPR right or just want your account gone.

What do you need?

This composes an email in your own mail app — nothing is sent from this page directly. Prefer to write it yourself? Email admin@fittrac.co.uk directly, including the address on your account so we can find it.

·What happens after you ask

  • We reply to confirm we've received your request, generally within a few days.
  • We may ask you to verify the account email to prevent someone else deleting or exporting your data.
  • We complete the request within 30 days, in line with GDPR Article 12.
  • FitTrac has no subscriptions or paid tiers, so there's nothing to cancel first — deletion isn't blocked on anything else.

Account credentials · profile & photo · workout, food, and fasting logs · posts, comments, likes, follows · uploaded photos/videos A minimal record that a deletion request was made and fulfilled (so we can prove we honoured it), kept for a short period and then deleted.

Step data is never stored on our servers in the first place — see the Privacy Policy, §03 — so there's nothing to delete there.
